It's easy to fill, clean, and use; so it performs as advertised. I think the only thing I don't like is that you can't really fill the bulb entirely. It'll still fill up mostly with water, mind you, but there might still be some air left in it which makes douching feel a bit odd at first. Just don't let up pressure while the nozzle is inserted.Bottom line, it's great for a quick cleaning of the last stretch of dirt road. It's not going to do more than that, so if you're looking for a deeper cleaning/clearing, you need something closer to what grandma used.4
