Tasty and relaxing.This is a naturally sweet and relaxing tea that we like to drink in the evening, knowing that it will not keep us awake at night. We especially like the strength of the tea -- not at all watery and full of flavor. The antioxidants are another reason we like this tea. No need to use any sweeteners, either.5Great tasteI absolutely love this tea! It goes great with a little half and half and sugar.5Great All-Around Relaxing (Caffeine-Free) TeaI drink this tea everyday. It is caffeine free and so delicious. I love tea in general and once I found this one I was hooked. It is very relaxing and has sweet tones. I usually put a bit of soy milk but it is also great by itself. I encourage anyone who likes tea to try this as I do not think you will go wrong. Everyone I give it to enjoys it at my home. This is the brand I use all of the time.5Must try...a wonderful medicinal tea!I read about the benefits of Rooibos a few years back. One of the beneifts is that it is an anti-inflamatory. I had such terrible pain in my upper back from an operation I had 15 years ago. The doctor told me there was nothing that could be done as I still have staples inside my chest, and I would feel pain from time-to-time. The pain got so bad I just wanted to die (I refuse to take any kind of pain medication). Then I stumbled upon an article on AOL about foods that help fight inflamation, and the last one was Rooibos. I purchased some Rooibos and tried it when I was in excurciating pain. Within two hours the pain had subsided. I now drink at least one cup of this tea a day. Although I still slight pain now and then I have not the kind of pain that made me want to find the nearest bridge in years. I owe this all to Rooibos. And, yes, I experimented in the beginning to see if Rooibos was really the reason, and would stop using it for a few days. The terrible pain did come back, and go away again when I drank the tea. Perhaps it will not help everyone, but it is worth a try. I will be using this tea for the reset of my life, and these K-Cups along with my brewer make it so easy to make.5Amazing Tea!I love this tea. I seriously drink it every day. Did not try it there but when home noticed I had one cup in the K cup assortment. I tried it with Stevia and was amazed at the flavor. Hard to describe. Almost floral with a touch of honey but the Twinings tea is not flavored. I researched the health attributes , which are an added plus because the flavor alone makes Rooibis Red tea a favorite.5so I love it. Sometimes I have to use 2 pods to get a stronger flavor. I was steeping my Rooibos tea in teabags before I bought it in the K-Cups. Steeping gives a much stronger flavor, but you don't have the convenience of instant tea.3Very good decaffeinated teaNo pods are a good value, and they are harmful to the environment. BUT, they are so handy! I love this particular tea, partly because Rooibos is a decaffeinated tea, and the flavor is very good.5
