Leaked all over the bedding, even though a brief was worn!bought this for my mom after reading all the reviews about using for overnight incontinence. However when my mother tried it, she said first of all it doesn't stick (I knew that), and that it leaked all over the bed (she had waterproof pads (2)). Thank goodness for the waterproof pads I sent her. Normally she wears Double Ups, which she said is a thin pad and it works well. Why didn't I just leave well enough aloone? Well, I did. I bought her some double Ups too, just in case, and I'm glad I did. But now they won't let me return the other 95 pads (3 packages still unopened) and it was all a waste of money, since it leaked everywhere. Why sealed packages can't be returned, I do not know, but at least now you will know. Don't waste your money. Better to go to a company that offers sample pieces to try out vs wasting money on 96 "useless" pads. I know that they are bleed through, so that it fills up and then excess goes thru to the brief, but even that was not successful. Something isn't right about these pads. Stay away & don't waste your money, or time having to wash the entire bedding! 1Drier and More ComfortableThese are excellent. My father who is incontinent, often had a hard time staying dry overnight. Now with the booster he is more comfortable and drier the next morning. They are very absorbent and add the additional security of not having an accident. They don't have a plastic backing like a regular pad that is used for your period. This absorbs the urine and wicks it away to the diaper. Wonderful, 5soft, non-scratchy, absorbentThis was used to help someone who is incontinent and prefers not to wear incontinent underwear overnight as the elastic edges at times irritates. So as a replacement while sleeping, an hour glass shaped super absorbent pad is used made by TENA which lays flat under the person's bottom with 1/2 of it extending under the thigh area. Then add this TRANQUILITY TOPLINER Booster Pad laying on it. Also, another one of the booster pads was placed on top starting at the navel area and other end TUCKED between the legs. It doesn't scratch. Then the bottom of the hour glass pad by Tena can be pulled up between the legs to loosely cover the tucked topliner part. Sorry if this is too wordy and confusing. However, you will be able to figure it out if this is the type of issue you are trying to resolve. This topliner is soft, comfortable and does not promote a rash. It does not have an adhesion strip but lays flat or folds. Depending on how wet the person gets, you probably should use a large disposal pad under everything or a washable one.
