Yum! Taro tea!First off use a little bit of warm water to mix then add cold water and ice, it dissolves much better that way. The first time I mixed it up it was a little bit gritty but this method leaves no grit and it s a very smooth .Taro milk tea comes in two varieties, natural taro which is kind of brown purple , it doesn t have any unnatural additives or artificial colors or flavors . Or the other kind which is the bright purple that comes in this package both are delicious. Just know if this is the more processed kind.I like this brand, it s pretty tasty, this is the fourth time I ve ordered their brand and I m never disappointed.5Gritty - tough particlesThe powder is very gritty, almost like tough plastic particles even after using a blender. Flavor could be stronger too.1DisappointedI love taro flavor for my bubble tea drinks , I was very hopeful about this product initially , but disappointed on the taste . I don't think I'll even use the the rest of the bag, which is a waste . Glad I got the smallest size . I've definitely had better . I'll keep looking and not order this one again . This tasted strange to me and not a rich taro flavor .2I love this bubble tea mixI love this bubble tea mix! I ordered it for my graduation party so that we could serve bubble tea, as I love bubble tea, and it arrived promptly and the flavor is excellent. I had concerns about it being too sweet, but it provided the perfect taro flavor, very comparable to what you would purchase at a good bubble tea shop. I'd highly recommend this.5Tastes good, but costs too much for what you get and it's kinda gritty.This flavor powder definitely sated my thirst for taro milk tea, but unfortunately without being able to shake the tea, the powder didn't really dissolve completely and left some grit in the bottom of my cup. Price-wise I'd say this is less of a value than buying the flavor syrups by the gallon, because it takes SO MUCH powder to get the right flavor. It's cheaper to settle with the non-milk tea and just wait until you can buy milk tea at a bubble tea shop.Other than that, the flavor was spot-on for what I was used to from Bubble Bubble in Portland. I saw other reviewers say that the flavor wasn't right, but I think it might've been because they were mixing it with water and not with tea. The best way to make this is to mix it into iced jasmine green tea, which is what the bubble tea shops use for their green tea base. If you want black tea, use assam black tea.4Use milk and shake/blend like said!!At first I added the powder to just water without shaking it the second time I used milk and shook it for 10 minutes and added the directed amount of ice and liquid I definitely recommend using milk and definitely blend it or shake it for 5 to 10 minutes it taste wonderful because of the coronavirus I am not able to go out and get bubble tea but this is a whole game changer! I m excited to try the other flavors that they have those pricey it s worth it!5Mix with hot water or tea instead of cold.I love this stuff, i use about 1/2 cup of taro, 1/4 cup of dairy creamer and black tea, i find if i put about 1/4 cup of hot water in a bowl and dissolve the taro tea and creamer( if u use the powder) it seems to mix up quite well then i add my black tea that i usually have in the fridge any way. Yummy!5Buy the other brand instead!I can't believe what a tiny bag of mix this is!!! And while it tastes like yaro, it's a bit extra sugary, which IMHO takes away from the flavor. Plus, this is waaaay too expensive to be paying for excess sugar!! Also, the sugar crystals in it are so large that even in hot water it takes a while to get them to dissolve. I've switched to the brand in the yellow bag, Q Bubble; Amazon sells this one, too. It tastes better and dissolves better, AND it's barely a fraction of the price!3This tea was okThis tea was ok. Didn t taste like the normal ones I get at any boba tea house but it was easy enough to make at home. I recomend putting it in the magic bullet or a small blender to really get the powder to dissolve.3Artificial flavorI was excited about getting the product initially, taro has always been my go to flavor when I get any drink with tapioca/boba. I am disappointed by this product the flavor is very artificial and does not taste the same as other taro bubble tea I have had.Although, I am not fond of this product I will use what I bought but I will not be purchasing again. This product falls into the "would not buy with my money but if gifted I would probably use it" in my opinion.3
