Flexpen fits!!Excellent case. Hard Shell. Very roomy. Fits Novolog Flexpen, Levemir injection pen, and Lantus injection pen. There is space for storing extra nano needles, lancets, test strips, and bg meter. Perfect for my needs. 5Good but could be better!I used this bag/box for its intended purpose of holding all my diabetes paraphernalia. It is very sturdy of great quality especially for the modest price. I love the hard sides. I don t particularly like the hokey hook and carabiner used for attacking a strap. Other bags have large zipper pulls with big holes in the ends used for attaching a strap...these seem to work much better. My major complaint however is the size. It is too short by about an inch to hold every type of insulin pens. Since it is billed as a diabetes stuff bag, seems like the designers would have made sure it was sufficient sized to hold all of the available insulin choices. I also personally wish it had a few more color options. I ve been a type I diabetic for 45 years and am continuously looking for the perfect bag to hold all the stuff required to take care of business every day. This one is very close.....except size and strap attachment method. 4a perfect case for my emergency diabetes kitI use this case to hold my emergency diabetes kit. It has room for a blood glucose meter, a vial of test strips, a lancing device, a tube of 10 glucose tablets, a few loose lancets, cotton balls, and alcohol pads. The case has a mesh pocket on one side (for the smaller loose items) and a bigger compartment with an elastic band on the other side. You can pack your bigger items (meter, lancing device, tube of glucose tablets, vial of test strips) in the bigger compartment. However, it requires a careful arrangement in order to fit everything. The bigger items are barely held in place by a single elastic band. However, since this is an emergency kit, I do not expect to open it frequently, so I am not worried too much that the larger items will fall off when I open the case.I use a different case (MedPort) for my everyday diabetes kit. The MedPort kit has much more room, it can hold supplies for a few days, and nothing falls off when you open it. However, the MedPort kit is much larger. 4The color is great. The texture is great tooI was excited about this case. The color is great. The texture is great too, but it does not fit an insulin pen in it neatly and the mesh only loosely holds items. It's a nice case but did not cut it for my teen's insulin and supplies case. 3This case is well made enough and arrived promptly, ...This case is well made enough and arrived promptly, but it's too short for my injectors. Need another 1/4-1/2". I can fit one in, but it runs diagonally and there would only be room for one. I need at least two for some of the traveling I do. 2Pretty pleased overallI bought this to carry my migraine meds in, and I'm pretty happy with it. It fits my syringes, vials, nasal sprays, powders, pills, and alcohol wipes just fine. I do wish the mesh pocket came up a little higher, as my nasal sprays that I keep in it don't fit super snugly, but that's really a minor concern. (In the pic there are only four nasal sprays, but I've since added two more, so it holds even more than the pic shows.) I like that it's a hard case, so I don't have to worry about my syringes getting damaged or my vials breaking. It's also a handy size, so it fits nicely in my smallish to medium sized purse. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with this and would recommend it to anyone who has to carry vials and syringes around. 4OH MY GOD!!!First I d like to thank the person who answered my question the other day about using this case for emergency hydrocortisone- you were right!!! All my fellow AI buddies- this is the one! I got this ten minutes ago and fit the following: 2 vials of Solu-Cortef- 2 3ml syringes- 2 1ml tuberculin syringes- six spare needles- 10 chlorhexidine swabs- 1 tourniquet (I m a NP, I usually give it IV)- little baggy one days oral meds- little baggy 10 hydrocortisone pills AND 2 prefilled lovenox syringes for yet another medical problem lol!! I used little 1 by 1 inch squares of Velcro on items for security- some sticked to lining securely without the fuzzy side of the Velcro!!Finally a case that doesn t occupy all the square footage of your purse!! My other case was great but I literally had to only buy certain bags or it wouldn t fit! I am thrilled and protected all at once....diabetics- other than not being cooled it s perfect for you! I recommend the Velcro as your monitor might move and insulin is glass- and expensive! Velcro costs 2 bucks!! 5I like the sizeI like the size, but, it does not hold my meter in place. The meter slides around as well as the lancet holder. I will be looking for something better. 2Nice small caseWe bought this case for my son's daily diabetes supplies. Space is tight, with just enough room for his meter, test strips, lancet, spare battery, pen and pen needles. His insulin pen fits without the lid on it. We liked the case so much that after his backpack was stolen, with case inside, we bought another. 5Open concept maximizes flexible use of spaceAll my stuff fits. Accu-check Aviva Plus glucose meter. Test strips. Accu-check lancing device. Two Basaglar pens. Pen needles. Lancets. Alcohol swabs. Instructions for meter. Nice open concept allows flexibility and maximizes use of space. Perfect for me my pens are max size for it. Zippered pouch for lancets and needles would be nice but I ll find one somewhere. 5
