Just what i needed.I wanted something to help keep my elbows warm when doing heavy benching or overhead pressing by warming up my forearms. Full sleeves work, but were too much and annoying to wear the entire workout. I followed the suggested measuring method of measuring my forearms when fully pumped in the middle of the workout and sized it 1 inch smaller. I am happy with how comfortable the sleeves are to wear and i quickly forget they are on my arms. They seem to be made to hold up for a long time, so unless I get bigger and need to get a bigger size I can see myself using for a kong time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend. 5High Quality Compression CuffI love this compression sleeve! Well made and comfortable to wear. It is wide enough to fit over my elbow area, but not so wide as to get in the way. It helps greatly with my gym activities, and it virtually eliminates my biceps tendonitis while I am lifting. Wonderful product that I would definitely recommend to others.The company has contacted me twice, to make sure that I am satisfied with this purchase and to let me know that they are there to help and answer any questions. Very professional company. 5Too smallIt wasn t quite what I had expected. It s a little small. The size chart showed a size for everything from shoes to belt sizes, but not for this cuff, so i wasn t sure which size to buy. I went down an inch because i wanted a tight fit, but it s too tight and too stiff to move higher on my bicep. 3It works!I had a pain on my upper arm from overusing the resistance bands at the gym. So I put this on during workout and there's no pain. Fit is a little snag but it's supposed to be I imagine for its purpose. 5Great fitbought this to use on my bicep that has been sore for a while. Nice compression, not too tight and keeps everything warm and loose. Has really helped in the healing process. 5I have tried elbow compression sleeves but they didn't help as much as I liked. The sleeve arrived in two days, just as promised, and was exactly as advertised. The size chart was accurate and the sleeve fit as expected. The sleeve provides relief with the tendon problem and I am completely satisfied with the purchase. I have found the customer service department to be excellent as they contacted me two days after I received the sleeve inquiring as to my satisfaction with the purchase. 5One of the cuffs is significantly tighter than the otherOverall the product is good and does what it is supposed to. But one of the cuffs is smaller than the other one causing a lot of discomfort. This is also the case on both arms, so it is not a arm size discrepancy. Doesn't seem like a huge problem but it does make wearing the tighter cuff a bother and I have to constantly stretch it out/take it off to get blood flow back into my forearm. The other cuff offers a perfect amount of compression. 2Stoic beats weAK (STrong) anyday!These are amazing! Upon opening the package and examining my order, they felt better the cuffs from STrong. The feeling is great, the fit is perfect, the support makes you wanna push your workouts to the next level. These are definitely worth it! The WEak, I mean stroNG cuffs were trash! After an hour workout, my sweat loosened them up and the support was gone. After 3 weeks of working out, the weAK sleeves popped at the seam and they were toast! I asked the support team and they said the best they could do is 10% off my next weAK purchase. These hold up after 2 hours, and get tighter as you work! With these bad boys on my elbows I finally beat my incline bench plateau of 395lb that I've had for months, I slipped these on and after my warm-up I crushed 4 plates for a solid 1 rep max. 5Outstanding--a must for anyone with elbow pain/tendonitisI developed some tendonitis in my elbow. Debated a lot over whether to get these or elbow sleeves. This was absolutely the way to go. They helped tremendously. I benched heavy today with ZERO pain in my elbow. I'm definitely going to be wearing these from now on as a preventative measure. 5
