Exceptional vegan and paleo protein bars!Very good all around, I feel good with everything these bars have - paleo (min. ingredients and processing/real food!), vegan (no whey, milk isolate!), no refined sugars, and other things like no gluten. The flavor is just great mild sweetness with a great texture from the seeds. Other things to note the packaging is very nice it has a "matte" texture and shows the great and clean ingredients nicely. 100% worth a try, find a flavor you relate to and try them out. I can only have two of their many flavors but, there is many flavors... some have six and four packs, i think.P.s: Dear SHANTI BAR, please consider making these available in a four pack or in a "nut-free combo six pack with the Cranberry Crunch! $33 is a lot of money to spent a once, $14-$17 is more reasonable.5They Rock !I think these bars are great. Raw, paleo and vegan. I have recommended them to all my vegan friends and if you have RA - the Tumeric bar is amazing. They have figured out how to solve the bitterness and make it tasty. I now stash them in my briefcase and don't worry about finding decent food in airports. Thank you !!5Lots of sugarI do like how this brand has lots of certifications on this product.Here are some things i dislike:-1 Lots of sugarIt may seem like there isn't a lot based on the advertising, but there are a ton of sugar in these bars-1 TasteFor how much sugar are in these bars you'd think they'd taste better. There is a grainy texture and they taste more bitter than sweet.A helpful alternative option:I would suggest the Orgain Peanut Butter Protein bars instead. They have 3g of sugar and 10g of protein each bar and they taste like candy.3My go to snack, after my working out!I get so busy at work that finding time to eat is often difficult. So it's very convenient to snack on my Shanti Bar. My favorite bars are the Power, Recharge, and the Boost bars. Each chewy bite is always packed with a satisfying crunch and sweet. You can taste the freshness of the berries and nuts and the other flavors. They are definitely my go to snack when I'm in need of energy. The bars, for me have a great balance of flavors, never too sweet. They also satisfy the craving for crunch! and I get lots of protein, too! I'm packing my Shanti Bars for my lengthy plane ride, better than the biscuits , peanuts or pretzels the airlines provides!5Unlike any other bar I have triedGood, but different, not like a typical candy-like protein bar. Still somewhat sweet, but with a cardamom zing to it. Not sure I would want to eat it all the time, but it's a great change of pace. I will buy these again next time I go on vacation and need portable, nutritious food.5Hard as a rock!I ordered a few flavors in the mini shanti bars and these were my favorite. I Got my two favorite flavors on subscribe and save in the full size version. The mini of this flavor was soft and sticky (i.e) fresh. These are hard as a rock! I couldn t even bite a piece off with my back teeth. They are nowhere close to expiring, but this is the problem with amazon sometimes stuff just sits in the warehouse. The other flavor was hard as well but not as bad as these. These are expensive and I was happy to have a subscribe and save option. I can t even attempt to eat these! I know shanti is a small company, I don t think it s a their product issue, I think it s an amazon warehouse issue. I hope they see this review and can try and do something about it. There was no where for me to contact the seller directly or I would have done that first.1Fantastic, healthy protein barThis is my on-the-go protein bar. It s not loaded with sugar, so if you re looking for a sweet protein bar, this one is not that. However, the bars are good. They are healthy. You will enjoy some flavors better than others. My favorite is the Mexican Chocolate Mulberry bar. I also like the maca bar. The seller is offering them at the best price I ve seen on the Internet.5Guilt-free post-workout snacksI love the Turmeric recovery bars!! They taste so good and turmeric has so many health benefits from helping improve memory and brain function, as an anti-inflammatory, and it even helps improve/boost muscle recovery after playing sports or workouts! I totally feel a difference since I started bringing these for my post workout snack. I don't have muscle soreness after an intense workout like I used to before trying the Shanti Bars.10/10 recommend for a protein boosted snack when you hit that afternoon slump. I promise these taste amazing and you won't feel guilty about indulging in their Mexican Chocolate or Cacao bars.5Delicious and high protein - spicy good!These bars are great! They have a serious cardamom bite to them and the chia seeds provide protein and crunch. I love that they're raw and have turmeric. I'highly recommend them!5Soft bar with good flavorI purchased these bars because I have been looking for a protein bar that is high in protein and low in sugar that has ingredients that I can pronounce. Every ingredient in this bar is a food that I can read and know of. There are no random ingredients! I was not sure of the texture and flavor, but I love a mango so I ordered this particular flavor instead of choosing the variety pack. I should have gone with the variety pack. The Mango, turmeric, cashew flavor is good, but I'd like to try other flavors as well, so I"ll probably switch to the variety pack with my next order to sample more of them. I was not expecting the soft texture, but I like it. This is a great bar, with high protein, good food sources that ultimately keeps me full.5
