A step up from regular readersThese are nice, because you can actually see when you look up to talk to someone or see the road when driving! The magnified bottom part is a bit high maybe, but I've gotten used to it. They don't replace my presription glasses, but for casual around the house use, I like them pretty well, and don't have to keep putting them on my head when I don't need the magnification.4Disappointed with the bifocal.I purchased just the readers 5 pack for 16.00 - loved them. I was so looking forward to getting the bifocal glasses, but the actual magnifying part of the glass is just a sticker stuck on the lower part of the lenses. It doesn't fit the entire lower part of the glasses. This is very distracting and annoying. The edges of the stickers stand out. I have never owned bifocals, so not sure if this is just the nature of bifocals. My next stop is an eye doctor to see what they offer in bifocals and to see if that is the norm. I will update after visit.2They are wonderful!!I love the readers. I just had cataract surgery and it is too early for me to get a prescription for glasses. The upper part of these glasses are great because they have no prescription and my far vision is 20/20. I will need a prescription for near vision and the lower lens is a 2.5 reader. The combination of the two allow me to see both near and far with just one pair of glasses. Trouble is I ordered green. I thought they'd be cammo, but there was only one green spot on the frame; otherwise brown tortoise. I'm keeping them for reading; they are very good quality for the price and the bifocal is perfect for reading.2Not AT ALL like the picture!I was so disappointed because I bought these because of the green color. They are even listed as green. They came and were only an opaque blue with black, no gold or green at all. Not even the same glasses.1My favorite pair of glasses in my collection of dozensLove them. I just absolutely love them! No more ripping my hair out when I slide my readers on and off of my head, no more snapping readers perched on my head against the car ceiling. No more cumbersome chain on glasses that gets caught up in the seatbelt. No more searching for my glasses. (Despite the fact I have about a billion pair laying around. You know there's always that one pair that are your favorite.) These are my new favorites. It took me a few days to get used to not having a totally clear line of sight because of the rims and to get used to having to tip my head back instead of forward to use the bifocal reader portion, but now, they're just a part of my face.I'm not sure how they're going to do in the summer, because they have a solid nose piece. That was great when I wore my readers on top of my head - no nose piece to tangle in my hair, but now that I just wear them all the time, the nose pieces would lift the frames off of my nose when it gets hot.5
