Cheaply made- fell apart after the first useWorked for riding in the car post surgery, but seams started falling apart after the first use. The pillow had huge holes on the seams within a couple days. My partner stitched them all up for me because I was leaving stuffing everywhere. That aside, it was comfy enough for car rides.2The quality is iffy Shop around! I brought this one for my mom after seeing another one (more expensive).... I think probably from the original designer. This one was more affordable but the stuffing is kind of thin and I can tell it will ball up in and become lumpy because it already feels a little lumpy. Likely won t last. I was hoping to one day pass it on to someone else that might go through this but this pillow won t survive the wear I don t believe. Better designs available. My brother was going to send one from a friend in another state (obviously the one they had was high enough quality to be passed on) and i wish we would ve just rush shipped that one. I think the arms are more tapered around the back side to fit comfortably too.Overall I m disappointed because I can tell there will be no longevity. I know my mom will probably only need it 2-3 weeks but I think this is something that I would ve like to share with someone in need in the future. I hope it at least lasts the couple weeks we need it.3Flexibility and multi- uses.I ordered this for a breast surgery. After which, have used for a bed pillow as it can hug around your neck. Have not slept so well in years. I even ordered a 2nd one and my husband just had rotator cuff surgery. It too was perfect for it. Be cause of the opening where arms would go, can cuddle around his neck to rest his head. So, had to order a 2nd one. Love, love, love this! Do not change the shape or what it is stuffed with. Will be ordering another.5Must have!This has basically been attached to me since my mastectomy surgery. I use it in the car, when I m sitting on the couch for arm support, and in bed for arm support. I gave two stars, because they delivered next day, and Seller- Rainbowstar was responsive when I messaged them about the issue. They told me to contact Amazon, which I did. A MUST HAVE, I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THISI had a double mastectomy and this pillow has been a lifesaver! I was able to put icepacks in place over the incisions and under my arms and hold them in place. When I no longer needed to ice, but still had under arm pain from the lymph node biopsies, this pillow helped hold my arms away from my sides and add gentle comforting pressure under arms and over the chest incisions. Kudos to whoever thought of this design.5Retuned - did not needI did not keep it, it was bigger than I needed and I was provided a smaller one by the hospital . It s supportive yet still soft.I used it on the ride home from surgery, I ve slept with it, used in the car, used sitting at home watching T.V.
