Thank you Synergy!Very pleased. I notice within a week that my eyes are not as dry and blurry in the morning. I take the capsules on an empty stomach with no bad effects at all. I was so impressed that I went ahead and purchased additional products from the synergy company.5Great product. Was doubtful at firstLess eye fatigue, less blurry vision. Noticed within the first 2 weeks. While it's not 100%, you should allow 6-12 months of continuous use before making a judgement. That is according to studies on zeaxanthin and eye health.5Good but I add another supplementI've tired a number of eye vitamin supplements and I have to say this is definitely a good product. I'm sticking with this one. The lutein is really the key ingredient however I wish it had this one major supplement, Omega 3's. In conjunction with this, I also take a product called 'Dry Eye Relief', which has 1,620mg Omega-3, 6mg Lutein and 1,000 Vitamin D3 per dose. It's clinically proven that a high quality fish oil calms the inflammation normally associated with dry eye and other various eye disorders.
