FANTASTIC NECK COLLARexcellent! This is the same night-time cervical collar i received after having neck surgery several years ago. I have a 'collection' of travel collars, etc., and this one, by far, is the very best. Nothing to say except that you won't be sorry with this purchase. 5Much more comfortable.I tried 2 collars from the pharmacy but they were too "tall" for my neck. This one is designed for people with short necks and worked well. Much more comfortable. 5Size not true to description. Cheaply made.Product size is not as described. Small is 3 inches instead of 2.5 inches. It's not even long enough to cover 16.5 inches. And the velcro strap is way too short, cannot even close.Cheap looking and the wrong size. Cannot even return due to the blackout period.Do not buy and save your money. 1Perfect for petite people.I bought this for my mom who has to where a collar all the time. She said this was the most comfortable one she has ever had. She is petite with a fifteen inch neck and I ordered the small and it works great. Where the chin is, it measures about 21/2 inches and is higher on the sides. It adjusts well for her. Will buy this again so she has 2, one to wash (hand wash with woolite) and one to wear. It is stabilizing the spinal degeneration in my neck as I do things like working on the computer by not allowing my head to fall too far forward and stress my neck muscles. It is a comfortable size. It arrived on schedule and in perfect condition! 5don't waste your money on this productThis product was too tall for my neck. I am a petite woman 69 years old and when I put this collar on my neck it covered my chin very uncomfortable! I was really upset because even though it was prime when I tried to return it I found out that there's no return possible. If you are a petite person, don't waste your money on this product! They will not back up the product! Instead, order the product called soft foam cervical collar by OTC. I just got it today and already my neck is fully supported. I will not buy from this Company again since they will not refund or give credit for returns. 1I really like that it isn't too highThis piece is working well. I really like that it isn't too high. The low contour is what I prefer. 5
