Krill OilI use Krill oil instead of the fish oil my doctor had me on and I feel great. Been using it for several years now...5Nice and SMALL, EASY TO SWALLOW!Lately, the jury is out on fish oil again. They can't seem to make up their mind on its benefits, but I do know that it helps your eyes stay lubricated and it keeps a film over the top of your cornea to keep it from drying out, which is important if you have medication that gives you dry eyes. Most fish oil capsules are huge! What I really like about this is how small they are. I started getting these for my husband, who had Parkinson's and had difficulty swallowing pills. They AR easily a third of the size of regular fish oil pills. The potency is also stronger so you don't have to take more than one a day.
