Arrived as picturedThe product arrived as pictured and was originally purchased due to the thrush issues I was having. I later learned from my lactation consultant that the Grapefruit Seed Extract must contain Citricidal as the active ingredient for it to be affective against thrush so I stopped taking the supplement.4Works just like penicillinThis stuff works as well as penicillin.
