Prevent infectionsCompletely palatable. I use it to prevent infections (bladder). I keep it in the refrigerator. 5In my case, it works!Some studies state that not all betacarotene is converted to vitamin A. Thefore, some recommend avoiding it and using vitamin Ainstead. Vitamin A is derived from animal sources, something I wish to avoid. In my case, I can see a difference in my skin when taking two capsules early in the morning. I am unable to juice as frequently as I was able in the past and this is helping me supply the high amounts of betacarotene I regularly take. If I starting juicing again, I may use one capsule only. 5Good looking tanIt seems to help me get a beautiful tan color. Been taking it for several weeks. 5The pills are small and easy to swallowI purchased this in the hopes it would help my hair growth- I'm in my early 30s and my hair is thinning quite a bit an has been since the birth of my first child 6 years ago.
