Depends on your expectationsFirst, your impressions of this diaper will be formed by what you're comparing it to. If you've been wearing Depends Flex Fit or Tena for Men, these will probably seem like the best product ever made. However, if you're used to wearing full tape-on diapers like the Abena M4 of NorthShore's own Supreme diaper, you may be disappointed.However, that's not to say that they aren't okay. As far as pull ups go, they're actually quite good. For being a relatively high-capacity pull up, they fit quite snugly when you first put them on. Them don't seem terribly big or bulky, and the waistband comes doesn't come up much higher than a full-rise pair of briefs.Compared to store-brand pull ups, the absorbency is much better. For me on a normal day, these could handle two regular wettings as long as I didn't flood them or wet the second time while sitting down. The downside to this is that they absolutely will leak if you flood or even just heavily wet them while sitting down, and even when standing up a second full flood will cause them to leak. Additionally, while they are fairly discreet when dry, they do bulk up a decent amount in the front when wet. However, I never noticed much of an increase in size in the back despite the fact that they are fairly good at wicking moisture.They are decent for what they are, but don't expect miracles if you're used to a premium tape-on diaper.4Best overnight pull up out there.I have tried every super absorbent pull up out there. Even with 2 booster pads, they all leak. With these I wake up to dry sheets every morning. They hold a lot, because the person who uses them urinates several times during the night. He used to wake me up at 2 a.m. with wet sheets, but not anymore. I will pay any price to get a good nights sleep. These are worth their weight in gold.5Good fit for my DadTrial and error I have come to find Northshore GoSupreme Pull-on's to be the best for my Dad with the extra pad. But can't afford them. I have tried 4 other brands. Out of those 4 brands I had to go with the one that is very close to Northshore Go-Supreme that cost a little less. The less costly ones were ok but with my Dad's build they leaked out the leg openings.I factored in the laundry: time and water (having to wash his clothing 2 times) use of special treatment for urine soaked clothing. Disposable pad and re-usable pads. Wear and tear on his clothing. Cheaper and less work with this type of pull-on. When I can afford them I will be getting these. For now we are using a photo finish 2nd brand.5Very nice!These are a bulky fit, but excellent for night or travel. Very absorbent and comfortable around the leg openings. The attached tape makes disposal a simple process. Highly recommend.5They met my expectationsThese have been pretty great and have met my expectations. I bought for day use, but they have worked overnight with no leaks also. The only issue ive had is that each pair is a little different, and a couple were a little uneven in the legs which made me feel like i had them on crooked, but didn't seem to affect performance. Easily holds 3 normal full voids.4Great pull up but the absorbency isn t thereThese are high quality pull ups, in fact probably the best on the market right behind the abena m3 s. But that is just what they are, a pull up. They do not compare to the level of absobancy of a good tab style diaper. I was hoping they would as it would be nice to use occasionally when I wanted something very discreet and quiet, but as someone with full urinary incontinence they don t last long and certainly not overnight. So I would only recommend these for light to moderate leaks. If you need something for any more than that, I would suggest skipping these and going for a good quality tab style. It will save you a lot of hassle.I would love if someone came out with a pull up that actually had a level of absorbency that compares to tab style. I was hoping these would be it but not yet. Beyond all that, the level of quality and absorbency is still much better than any pull up I have tried other than the abena m3 s.3These work very wellWe purchase a case of these pads approximately once per month. They work very well for my father who has dementia and incontinence. He wears them during the day alone and at night we add a Tranquility Brand Overnight Booster pad and it helps even more. At night we also use the North Shore MagicSorb bed pads on the bed to capture any leaks. It's a bit of an expensive routine, but it gives us peace of mind not having to strip the whole bed in the middle of the night, and we don't have to do laundry every single day. My dad weighs about 240 lbs and the size xl work well for him.5This product works GREAT!This product is life-changing! My son is 9 and a nighttime bedwetter. He gets so embarrassed because the regular kids brand of pull-ups no longer fit him and no longer hold an entire night of urine. THESE DO!The one thing that i would change is that there is one size smaller available. They are a little big on him, but since they absorb so much, we make them work! Thank you for a great product!5Next BestNext to the Abri-Flex, these are the best made and available in this country. The one beef I have is the big charge for shipping. If they were Prime, I would certainly buy them over the Tranquility, which I buy because of the 2XL size and the Prime shipping, though I don't like them as well.Abri-Flex does come in the 2XL size, but you have to get it shipped from out the the US and it is too expensive. If Amazon would carry that size I would be a happy girl. They are the best out there for comfort and effectiveness. But, as I mentioned, the NorthShore product is the next best.5Serious pull-on diaper!This is definitely one of the best pull-on style diapers available. The capacity is much more than you would expect from store brands and has features like odor control, soft interior, plenty of elastic for stretch and a snug fit, and standing leg guards(!). Compare to the Abena m3 pull-on. One thing to note is that, like other North Shore diapers, these are packed very tightly and benefit from being stretched out a little out of the pack before use to avoid stiffness. If you are looking for a sturdy, cloth backed diaper with more capacity than any other pull-on, this is something to consider for sure.5
