it worksThis D3 works. My blood tests always come back good.using for over 2 years now. 5I guess they are good.My daughter's bit D level and she takes it on and off and she feels the difference when she doesn't. I guess they are good. 5What a differenceI was taking now A & D (among other things) for my toothache and sore knee with marginal relief. You get what you pay for. I was using now vitamins but no more now changed their formulas, gotten even cheaper. I've always had good luck with Nature's Way, so I decided to spend more money on myself and get this brand. I changed Vitamin A and Vitamin D to Nature's Way and noticed a difference within a week, my tooth isn't loose anymore and knee pain is way down, I can use stairs no problem. And a bonus.... within 4 weeks my skin has become so silky and young feeling, even the skin on my face and arms! Natures Way is a great brand with high standards. 5No more fatigue!These Vit D tabs saved my life! I was about a 29 when I had my vitamin D tested. Should have been 3x that amount. I was sluggish, sick all the time, and just felt awful before taking this vitamin D supp. In 3 months I was retested and was up to almost 60. My goal is somewhere around 70-90 normal range. I feel like a new person and I even dropped weight with my body functioning properly and no more fatigue or depression. I bought another bottle even though it takes FOREVER to get through these with one per day. My husband and 21 year old daughter are on them now. Doctors tend to prescribe the wrong type of vitamin D to patients and patients feel like they are wasting their time. I assure you this is the type you want. 5Work great but don't take too muchA note to all, 5000IU is a pretty high dosage (Daily recommended is 600IU I think). After blood tests showed me low D levels, got these and feel perkier for sure...more like normal self. I actually had low B D and T. All are connected and my dad had same issue years ago. B supplements with the D helped boost the T as well.I tried several levels of D at first. Went as high as 15,000IU for a week and that was bad, felt awful after a few days (sluggish, foggy). Stopped for a week and went back to normal, then back to the 5000 which works fine for me. So yes I'm proof you can take too much.
