Moving onWe've taken these for awhile and they do work, but with more research, I've found the forms of magnesium, calcium and D in these pills are not very high quality. I'm back to the search for something better... 3Easy to swallow size.These pills are smaller than most of the calcium supplements so they are very east to swallow. 5GoodThe best cal/mag for me 5Helps bring back milk supply!1st time mom here! 3 month pp and out of nowhere my supply dropped for my EBF baby! But this last time I purchased it, I opened it and the pills smelled like industrial solvent. I figured it must of just been me. I continued to take them over the next few weeks and noticed every time I took it I got a headache. I finally stopped taking them and the headaches stopped.
