Best B12 sublingual out there.My husband and I have tried different B12 methyl sublingual products and have found this one the best. It has provides a noticeable energy boost and promotes positive moods. We've recommended it to various family and friends to help with different conditions and all have received benefit. We highly recommend this product, especially for those who do not have a good diet. 5The only absorbable version of B12 I have found and at a great price point cheaper than Whole FoodsThe only absorbable version of B12 I have found and at a great price point cheaper than Whole Foods 5This is the right kind of B-12 for meI have pernicious anemia and must take B-12 to stay alive. For me, this is the kind to take, first of all because it's methylcobalamin, so the liver does not have to convert it from cyanocobalamin, second because it does not contain Splenda, a sweetener that's in some B-12's and can cause a variety of bad reactions, including, in my case, severe abdominal pain. I have been taking this kind of B-12 for several years now with no problems, just good effects. 5Has lactoseChewable not sublingual. If they work, then no problem but I have a real diagnosed dairy allergy.My major problem is the directions for taking the B12. It says to "chew and dissolve, and then put under your tongue" which is impossible. I did chew it and then hold it in my mouth for a couple seconds before swallowing.It also says "Active immediately upon absorption" so if I'm swallowing it and I have leaky gut or SIBO (I am officially diagnosed with SIBO), is it getting absorbed?" I say no. 3Cognitive life saver!I began using this product over 10 years ago when I started having cognitive problems (lack of memory, difficulty thinking) and immediately began to feel better. Methylcobalamine is the only form of B12 that is absorbable by the body, so don't think you're getting any B12 from multivitamins and other supplements which contain cyanocobalamin. Vegans avoiding animal products will want to take spirulina, the only non-animal source. I now include Vit B12 in annual blood testing to make sure my levels stay up. 5Teeny Tiny Melt - Easy to TakeThis is my second bottle of these teeny tiny melts. I can't honestly say I feel a difference taking them but my doctor is happy & I keep finding articles that reference B12 loss as people age. I have a hard time swallowing pills so this little melt is super easy. 4Good vitaminIt s tastes really good, fast delivery 5Great product!Being a vegetarian I really need B12. I was alittle weary of the dissolve under the tongue procedure-but honestly there is no taste whatsoever and it dissolves rapidly and I can feel the "awakeness" of the B12 entering my system within 15-20 minutes.I will definately continue to use & order this product! 5Taste great.These sub lingual tablets dissolve under the tough very quickly and taste wonderful.
