Terrible coconut flavor.I usually like coconut flavor but this tastes terrible. The tablet is fairly large and the normal dose is 3 tablets a day. I decided to try this because the strawberry flavor of this brand tastes pretty good. 1They are CHEWABLE!I like the ingredients list including the fact that there is a huge dose of biotin.... but nowhere on the bottle or in the description do they mention They are CHEWABLE! It only says fast dissolve but I just thought that meant you would swallow it like a pill and it would be absorbed into your body quickly. Also nowhere in the description or on the bottle is there a picture of what the tablet actually looks like. That would have tipped me off because it is a large disk (like a Tums) so I would have realized it was chewable. 1We love the dissolving tabletsMy grandmother loves the dissolving tablet instead of swallowing a pill. I order Natrol vitamins B & D that dissolve. I love using other Natrol products that dissolve too, like melatonin & biotin. 5Disgusting FlavorThese taste so horrible the person who needs them will not take them. they taste terrible when they melt and are too big to swallow easily. 2Not greatYou have to take 3 a day, they are big, and I don't think they taste great. They do taste like coconut, so just my preference probably. They also take a very long time to dissolve. 2Love the flavorI have had to take vitamin B's for years and at times even injections, I have trouble swallowing pills, these are chewable and taste amazing. I actually look forward to taking them. Hard to find, so happy to find on Amazon. 5A good option for B complexAnother great option for a chewable/fast dissolving B complex vitamin that doesn't taste terrible or bitter. Has a pleasant taste and seems to have good nutrient value. The other alternative I tried was the Bariatric Advantage B Complex chewable in Berry Flavor - this was an incredibly bitter/acidic tasting vitamin. Very tough to chew and swallow without a lot of water. I like the taste of the Natrol B-complex, it is smooth and non-acidic. A great option for a vitamin B complex. 4Works greatIm very happy with this vitamin purchase. More complete ingredients than competition. Does not upset my stomach like others old fashion tablets. They are quite potent for me so I only take half at a time. I hope Natrol keeps expanding this line of quick dissolves. 5Just Like Coconut Candy!These taste amazing. I actually use these to satiate my need for sweets sometimes. I do feel a boost of energy when taking these over time. You must be a coconut lover for these. 5Large pills!These pills are large round saucer-shaped tablets. Not a problem if you are dissolving them in your mouth, but if you are swallowing with a handful of others, they can be troublesome getting down. Great coconut flavor! 4
