Could be betterFor a bubble bath it doesn t bubble much at all. I end up having to pour this into the bath to create any amount of bulbbles. The pump also broke on the fist pump, the new plastic is very cheap and doesn t hold up well. It does have a nice scent though and gets the kiddos clean and fresh! 2Nice product.Idk Walmart has bigger bottles for cheaper. I love this soapfor my kids... on me I guess 3Nice aroma.Gentle? Maybe. None, reallySummary:We use this on our 6 month old every evening after her bath as a nighttime routine, and have been doing this since she was about 6 weeks old (did the same for her older brother, who is now 5 and still gets an application of this lotion nightly). Whether the lavender scent really helps her sleep better versus a lotion with no lavender scent... well, that could be debatable. The "clinically proven" statement on the lotion bottle that claims to help babies sleep is likely based on several studies that show a slight decrease in cortisol levels of people (and babies in the J&J funded study) when exposed to lavender scent. It is speculated that the decreased cortisol correlates with a relaxed state, and thus will put you to sleep and give you a better night's sleep.Now that being said, we applied this lotion like crazy to our fussy infant between the ages of 2.5 months to 4 months in a vain attempt to get her to sleep, with no significant increase in time between feedings at night, and my wife and I were zombies for those 10 weeks. Magically at 4 months the baby began to sleep for 5 hours stretches at a time and my wife and I regained some sanity. Now at 6 months, the baby sleeps for 10 hours at a time.Will I say application of this lotion at night had anything to do with anything? No, other than it kept her skin soft. And the baby sleeping longer is just the natural course of things as she grows. But the nice smelling lavender scent doesn't hurt anything... and maybe the main purpose is to have the soothing smell of lavender waft off the baby as the exhausted parent holds them, and help calm the poor parent who has to get up every two hours to feed/soothe the crying fussy baby. 5Underwhelming amount of bubblesWould be great for a small baby or first time bubble bath but after having Mr. bubble, these bubbles don't compare. Very little bubbles produced for the amount of squirts. 3It works for us!We bathe my son with this every night and also massage him with the matching lotion. We haven't had any trouble getting him to sleep since we started using this when he was 6 weeks old. Perhaps it's coincidence, but we're not risking it and we keep rebuying.It's a nice scent--no too strong. There are also a decent amount of bubbles. It hasn't irritated his skin. He loves bath time. 5PerfectPurchased for my granddaughter. This is the brand my daughter uses all of the time in her. 5
