I have ordered these quite a few times and every ... I have ordered these quite a few times and every time the containers have less in them. Opened up a boa that I received 2 months ago and low and behold even less. 9 toothpicks in most of the containers and less in others. I'm done with them. 2Soldier Approved I purchased these in February of 2009 and paid $15.80. These were shipped directly from the Amazon seller to a military APO address. I agree with some of the other reviewers in that some of the toothpicks are hotter than others out of the same batch, but I assume that this is a due to a characteristic of the wood itself and how much of the cinnamon oil it can absorb. Be it mild or atomic, these were all enjoyed and make for a nice item to include in a military care package. Seriously, everyone wanted one of these -- very popular with the guys. 5Delish substitute for sweets These toothpicks have a delicious hot cinnamon taste that lasts longer than I anticipated. To me, I wouldn't mind if they were even hotter, but then again, I like super hot cinnamon flavoring. Some toothpicks are hotter than others, so degree of hot taste is not uniform. The dispenser is really convenient to carry around toothpicks in my purse. A very nice alternative to sweets when I'm craving sugar. 4I thought I would enjoy these more I thought I would enjoy these more, but while they are OK, it seems like the cinnamon flavor is more fake than a brand I am used to. However, I have found the picks themselves splinter in my mouth after soaking there for a little while. Also the cinnamon flavor is listed as "artificial," which is disturbing. Additionally, the flavoring itself is inconsistent as the product sits in my mouth. Gave it three stars only because it appears to pretty much be the only player on the block if you want this type of item. 3The best cinnamon toothpick! Used to smoke used these to help the craving. That was a long time ago. Still the best cinnamon toothpick around. 5Excellent for my dental comfort. Super spicy and very useful. I just wish they came in a bulk option so that I did not have to waste so much plastic. 4Non-returnable Husband ordered these instead of mint flavored. By the time I realized it I could not cancel the order. Received it today with intention of returning them and now it says this product does not qualify for returns!!! Out $20+ and I have not read anywhere that says it is non-returnable. 1Great toothpicks with that classic hot cinnamon flavor. Was looking for that classic hot cinnamon flavor. Unlike the classic toothpicks from way back, these are round; not flat. However, they have that classic hot flavor. Great stuff! 5Nice & Mild, For the Most Part Not a bad product to have around to chew on as your are working. The cinnamon toothpix are kind of mild, with the occasional "holy crap that's hot" one. Good for those who like a little spice but don't want to have to constantly take out to cool off. The wood is okay. Double ended pointy toothpix that tend to shread fairly quickly. But they are cheap enough that this isn't necessarily a problem. The order arrived nice and fast. 3
