ease of reliefWell i like these pack for their versatility. You get 3 of these so you can keep a couple in the freezer, but they will be quite stiff if kept there, I suggest keeping them in the fridge and tossing them in the freezer for like 15-30 mins as needed. I keep a couple at room temp so i can toss them in the microwave for a min for heat therapy. The materials feel nice and sturdy so i don't worry about leaking hot goo on my skin, I can't speak to durability but they feel like they will last. I've used mine just a few times and i think they are great. If you don't hear back from me then they continue to please. Work hard, relax with cold and hot, rinse and repeat! good day5It has been a very hot summer...My window a/c units have a hard time keeping the rooms cool and sometimes, after I've done some work inside or out, I'll sit down and my feet are just HOT and can't seem to get cool. I know that there are a bunch of smaller veins in the feet that can, when cool, make the rest of the body feel much better, but I didn't have anything (except ice cubes) to really cool them down. Now I do and it does help!5Durable Little Gel PacksThese are priced well for the product. the material is durable and should last for a while. The only thing I didn't like is that once frozen the gel is a bit stiff, so you need to bend it around a bit to make it more pliable if needed. Other that that they are nice.4Durable nylon material and heats nicely in the microwaveThese have a quality nylon material and the edges have a nice half inch seal all the way around to prevent leaks. They heat nicely in the microwave, just make sure to not let them balloon too much in the microwave. The material is a durable nylon and much better than the plastic covered ones at the drugstore. As others noted they will freeze flat but after a few minutes they become more flexible5Good valueFlexible and warms up quickly in microwave. Keeps lunch bag warm for a couple hours.5Must have on handThese are a must have for both hot and cold treatment. Comfortable cover and right size. 30 seconds in microwave from room temperature to hot use. If trying to heat a frozen pad use defrost setting for 3-4minutes, turning a few times. Well made and have held up well.5As advertised.They do get very solid when put in the freezer. Great if you want it flat, but not if you need to wrap it around an injury.5Hot Cold Reusable PacksWe have several sets of these, they are perfect size to put on low back and ware until warm! We also use them in our knees, neck and head. I sewed some holders for them so they don't lay directly on skin down pants! We also use two at a time in our knees wrap, works perfectly! Also use them for migraines5Not worth the $$The only thing I can say is when you put it in the freezer it freezes. When you remove it it is stiff as a board. You cannot manipulate it at all. I haven't attempted to use it hot. There are many other products out there that would be much better than this one.2Great for small/midrange injuries...good value for the pricePrice is great, the three pack does make it a very nice value. I was looking for something to take into the gym where my husband coaches to help deal with the injuries that happen from time to time. They get nice and cold, not as flexible as I was hoping, but definitely do the job. The value of getting three for that price also means I don t really mind if people forget to bring them back :)I am very pleased and am considering ordering again just so we have some in reserve. Size wise they work for very well for bumps and bruises.5
