Would recommend anyone who buys this to buy some bandage wrap ...Bought this to wear at night to help with trigger finger pain. Cheap price but there was a reason it was only a few dollars... The blue padding does not really protect you against the bending parts rubbing against your finger. Would recommend anyone who buys this to buy some bandage wrap or something similar to put on your finger first to avoid irritation. 3Awesome ContraptionAwesome little gadget! I sleep with this every night, and wish it was a bit shorter so I could type with it on. I hate to take it off. Once I do, my finger is so stiff, I have to shake it to wake it up. I know surgery will be down the road, but trying to keep it together until I'm ready to have it looked at. This is truly a great product and I would highly recommend it to anyone suffering from trigger finger. 5works very wellthis is my second time to order this finger splint. I have a trigger finger so I will be purchasing many more of these from this company in the future. 5Happy CamperLove this item. I am trying to put off trigger finger surgery till later in the year. This is my third round with trigger digits and having this item to use while I sleep makes all the difference in the world. Only at night when I sleep does the finger curl up and lock. Once I started sleeping wearing this the finger does not curl and lock and I am able to use the finger during the day with little to no pain. I work in accounting office and use a calculator a lot. So this really does help. I do not need to wear it during the day, just a night. Highly recommend. 5Very SatisfiedI can't give a medical opinion, but I've been using it for about a week, and it seems to be helping my trigger finger problem. It's easy to adjust the tightness of the grip and can be easily put on and taken off the affected finger. Also, it's not uncomfortable to wear because of the foam, hardly know it's on my finger. 5I had a stroke and little to no use of ...I had a stroke and little to no use of my left hand. My left index finger would want to curl. And I didn't want it to LOCK. So I am using this finger brace which works real well. 5Te splint is grossly uncomfortable and I was unabl eo use is and unable to return it for a refund.I tried to use the splint for Dr. recommended treatment of trigger finger. The splint is made of stiff aluminum, which is fine, but has four tabs of the same stiffness to wrap around the finger to hold it in place. The taps made it impossible to wear the splint for the pain they caused. It is a classic example of "adding insult to injury". The splints, (I ordered three) cannot be returned for a refund. I'll simply put them in the recycle bin so the aluminum can be reused. 1Small splint with sharp edgesThis product is good only for small fingers. The splint measures only 2 7/8"long. Not big enough for my (male) fingers. Also has very sharp edges. Not what is good for a wounded area, for sure, to have sharp edges on the splint. 1Worth it for the price!It does what it claims! And for the price you really can't complain too much. I have small fingers so even with the pieces bent in as far as I could get them I still needed to use tape to get it to stay on my finger. Also the metal is pretty hard to bend so I had to bend it first and then try to slide my broken finger in :/ the edges of the metal are not sharp at all like other reviewers said. So my conclusion- definitely worth it for the price. 4Splint works wellIt works as described. The tabs are thick metal, so once I had them in place, I did not change, and now just slip it on.Another reviewer suggested using long-nosed pliers to gradually bend the tabs into a tighter curve, rather than a one-point straight bend, and this worked well.I'm female, and this size works for my long middle finger. I'm pleased with it. 5
