Five Starsuse these as an electrolyte supplement5Fantastic!I use these for hydration during hiking/climbing trips & working outside during the summer. Others I tried were very acidic and caused heartburn. These did not & they add a wonderful flavor to the water. The great flavor makes me want to use them and therefore entices me to hydrate more. Love them. 5I admit I skeptical when I was told these were ...I admit I skeptical when I was told these were also known as "Magic pills," and as "good as an IV in a tablet." But now I agree. 5Great tasteThis is the third time we have ordered these. They taste great and best of all, work! Used for hydration during the STP this year. Also use them When working in the yard. If you don't like lemonade, try the triple berry!5Ehhh.....Not For MeI have used & liked so many GU products over the years & this is my first negative review on any of them. Although the tablets/packaging is convenient, the flavors & effervescence is very unappealing. It also caused stomach issues for me:(* I much prefer the GU hydration drink mix that came in individual sleeves. The flavor was so much better with no effervescence and I really came to rely on them for long training runs, racing & recovery.Unfortunately, they ve discontinued the Hydration drink mix-Total Bummer-and GU s alternative is the Roctane mix which is many more calories than I want. PLEASE bring back your GU Hydration Drink Mix! Guess I have to go in search of an alternative elsewhere 3Good way to introduce yourself to the productReally enjoy these at the halfway point of my longer runs.The variety pack was a nice way to learn what flavors we liked. Our household has two definite winners and we will reorder those separately. 4Great for hydration!My Husband loves these and they keep him hydrated and that's something he's had trouble with every summer till we started GU but he uses them year round. I wish they were cheaper. But he likes the tabs and they are real convenient. I'd buy if you need to keep hydrated. My Husband likes the orange.5Flavors a bit muted, but still provide solid hydration4 stars simply because these are not as good tasting as nuun. I really have grown to enjoy these carbonated water enhancers overall, so if that is what you are looking for, they are worth a try.I think Gu pushes too much on the sodium content (which may have some hydration/sport benefits) but it seems excessive and the flavor just isn't as good as nuun. 4horrible taste, not convenient to useThis product tastes like wax. It is horrible. The tri berry was so bad, I did not try the others. Also tablets are too big to fit in the mouth of most bottled waters and too big to be broken easily. If you are looking for ease of use and good taste, STAY AWAY!! 1Fantastic productA great way to stay hydrated when you dont like plain water. 5Stronger flavor than Nuun.After a bunch of different Nuun products, ranging from okay to alright and occasionally delving to "Whyyyyy?!", I was disillusioned with the brand. I like the idea, though! A stop to my local bicycle shop showed me this stuff, which is a world of difference.Now, I'm not claiming that all of GU's flavors are nice. Amazon accidentally sent me Watermelon, which was disappointing. I can live with Lemon Lime. It's a classic flavor and quite importantly that flavor is prominent and strong. Nuun was kind of weak and dilute in their flavoring, particularly in newer flavors. Good experiences with this stuff so far, and it keeps me away from the calorie heavy Gatorade products.5Must haveI love that you can pop one tablet in a bottle and fill water later. They are not the best tasting flavors but they nourish the muscles after a hard ride or run. 5My go to hydrationI am a year round golfer in central Texas. This product makes a difference in passing out or finishing a round. The flavor is great and I strongly recommend using it from the start of excercise! Pleased with the low cost on amazon. 5Convenient, plenty of sodium, tastes good, doesn't upset my stomachVery convenient since you can carry the tube in your pocket or bag and just drop a tab in your water bottle, so much easier and less messy than Gatorade or other bulk powders. I also like that it isn't full of sugar, just flavorings, electrolytes and Stevia, and has quite a bit of sodium compared to some of the other products out there (which I need since I seem to lose it easily.) It also tastes good, not salty tasting and without too much of an artificial taste and doesn't upset my stomach (like the Nuun did.) To me this product is superior to Nunn, Zero and all of the others I've tried.5But the flavors are good.Not a fan of the bubbly sensation, especially because it makes my bottles leak a lot. But the flavors are good. 3
