This product is wonderful.5Excellent medical grade product!I recently had sleeve gastrectomy surgery and have had trouble getting fluids in. This medical grade gelatin counts both as a clear fluid and contains a third of my minimum daily protein requirement at the same time! A great plus is that it's delicious! It tastes way better than regular sugar free gelatin. The texture is thicker, but, smooth similar to honey but not as sweet and not sticky.
