Love This Stuff. Nutrition Isn't Chocolate FlavoredFirst thing first: if you're giving this a negative review or docking a star or two because of "taste," then you're either new to nutrition or everything has to be chocolate covered. I've been using this stuff for a few years and love it. Mixing with water doesn't mix up well unless you continuously stir in between sips. But it mixes up fine in a protein shake, especially with some peanut butter. This product is dried and ground up veggies, so if you're looking for something sweet and filled with more sugar than actual nutrients; then go to Walmart. If you're serious about getting your fiber up and getting healthy, buy this and become accustomed. It's not as bad as some have stated. 5Great productI worked at a gastro doctor for several years and tried several products. Both over the counter fibers and prescription. I always come back to this product and have been using for years. This product is great for everyday use and way healthier than the more mainstream laxatives. This doesn't taste sweet like the unhealthy ones but it doesn't taste bad. Its tolerable. I've tried other healthy fibers and couldn't deal with their taste. I don't have chronic constipation but if I eat unhealthy or drink I take this and the next morning I'm back to feeling great (stomach wise). If you are dealing with chronic constipation please consider eating healthier and using this before getting on a prescription. 5Oh, yeah... THE one for me!As a person who suffers from long time IBS-C, I bought this product with a lot of hope that it would be a fiber I could actually tolerate and get results with using regularly. I am happy to say that this product has been a life changer. It has worked for me better than any other fiber I've tried and that includes other Garden of Life fiber products. So happy to have found this amazing product. I will continue to use this!! The thing that has been so great for me is that I actually have the feeling of having cleared my bowels using this fiber. So often, with other fibers I have felt like only partial elimination has been accomplished and that is a Very Uncomfortable feeling. I like the ingredient list on this one. Also, unlike some others I have tried, this one does not send me running for the bathroom as soon as I drink it. I like to mix it into my smoothies and find that it helps to settle my stomach more than other products I have tried. 5DisappointedI'm a big fan of GOL products because they are gentle, BUT... this does not work. I feel very bloated and it has the opposite effect. Binding stomach pains and extreme bloat. With exercise daily, I feel sluggish with this. Disappointed. Taste is fine, I don't have complaints with that or texture. No results. Day 4. 1Ok productI hate how easily this clumps and turns to slimy grossness. I have noticed little change and I like knowing I am intaking more fiber because I don t consume much without this. I will probably try a different product after this. I do love most Garden of Life products. 3Love this!I throw this this in my morning shake every day ... it gives me healthy fiber. 5
