Being healthyI believe ginger is good for the body. I use this product especially to cleanse. Detox my body5Not the best option for me...I bought these footpads as a filler because my normal brand was out of stock and because they were cheaper. Well...you get what you pay for. First, they will turn black overnight but I believe they are designed to do so. However, my feet felt no different. With my other brand, I wake up with rejuvenated feet and legs. All I got from these was a sticky mess everywhere. No effect on what I was feeling. I will donate the remaining 59 pads and stock up on my regular brand when they are replenished.1Results are visible I have been using these foot pads for about 15 days now. I am amazed when I take them off how black the pads are. They are very easy to apply and they are comfortable to wear. I usually forget that I have them on. I have been trying to use more natural products in my life. I have studied the benefits of some of these ingredients. I have been sleeping through the night more and when I wake up I do feel more refreashed.I have tried similar foot pads before but only for a day or so.
