Not New. Pre opened & Used. Thrown back together Carelessly.I purchased what was supposed to be a 'NEW' Febreze Air Freshener only to find it had be opened & crudely reboxed. I'm extremely disappointed they slapped on a 'new' sticker & expected to resell it as new after it's obviously been tampered with.1These DON'T come with the air fresheners.Well, I wish I would have known It wasn't a package deal. 7 bucks for the plug in, 12 for the refills. Someone at Febreze is retarded.1Fe-brainless - THIS IS A WARMER ONLYI'd like to tell you how well this item works. How it cures cancer, soothes emotional burdens and helps your lawn grow. I'd like to, but as it doesn't come with a oil cartridge so I CAN'T! To actually use the oil, one must buy a "refill". How can I buy a refill when I never had a "fill" to begin with?? What sales genius put this scheme together? 1This is for the rounded refillsI like my purchase as it fits the refills I have. The rounded refills fit perfectly but did not on the others. They work just as stated, look nice, and are very effective. I recommend them to everyone.5Just buy the whole thing at targetI thought these were supposed to come with complimentary freshener.
