Customer Reviews

Pretty decent. They slip down though.I've been using these for several months now and they have been great. The only annoying thing about them is that they don't fill the entire shoe, just about 3/4 of it. This can get really annoying because I used them for both my work boots and my regular every day shoes and in both cases the insert would continuously slide down while walking around such that I would often stop and have to reach in and pull them back towards the proper position. I eventually got really annoyed with this problem so I bought some super glue and glued them onto the spot they should have stayed. Ever since then I haven't had a problem with them. Still sucks I had to do that but whatever. 99cent store super glue to solve the issue wasn't a big deal. They are comfortable though. I can't compare them to gel inserts because I've never used them but I am satisfied with these. 3Amazing comfort and support!!My husband has been using these for years and loves them. I bought him the $50 Dr. Scholls inserts and he prefers these. They last longer and give great support. He has a bad back and these really do help. I highly recommend. I wouldn't waste your money on those $50 they have at wal mart. They don't last long at all. These will last for at least a year of continual use. 5Best of the orthoticsDr.Scholl's has so many orthotics that I contacted a podiatrist who has a reputation of being incredibly successful in helping even the most challenging cases. He recommends the tri-comfort orthotic because of the excellent arch support combined with excellent cushioning. They also are thin enough as not to cause crowding and tightness inside the shoe. 5Much better than insolesYou should understand that an orthotic is a fairly solid (as opposed to fluffy) insert in the shoe to relieve some problem. So these orthotics are considerably different from the usual run of foam insoles. In my situation, these did much to relieve foot pain and foot fatigue arising from spending a lot of my day walking on hard floors, asking my feet to carry a lot more weight than I should be carrying. These arrived in perfect condition within a few days of my order, and the price was considerably lower than in the local retailer. 4Comfortable and lots of supportI've got these in the shoes I wear to work, where I stand for eight hours at least. These provide the most support and comfort of all the inserts I've tried. I only give four stars because I really feel the arch support could be a bit better, and because they sometimes squeak softly. Minor complaints, and I suspect that the only significant improvement I could get would be from custom orthotics. 4Good gel paddingI am on my feet a lot and these are perfect for withstanding shock to the heels. The emphasis of support is for the arch and heel; thus, you don't have to take out scissors and trim it for the length of your foot. This (or any other) insert may not work on all shoes. I have one pair of snug work boots that fit well; however, adding these put too much pressure on the front part of the foot against the bootlaces. Regardless, recommend this product. 4They work in easing lower back painI have a bad back and someone suggested the shoe inserts so walking would be more comfortable and ease the impact on my back. I looked into the Dr.Scholl's inserts that go by your number(tv commercial) but when I saw the price $$$ I said no cause I need a few sets for different shoes. Saw these online and read the positive reviews and that they were priced reasonably so I decided to give them a try. You have to trim the inserts to size which was very easy and then just put them in your shoes. I find them a worthwhile investment, they absorb the shock while you are walking which eases the strain on your lower back. Yes, I would recommend these to anyone who is suffering from lower back pain. 5Don't work for meI've tried lots of inserts, and these just dont give me comfort. They are also half length inserts, not full length, which means they can move on you. It's possible this happened to me, can't say for sure, but for my feet they don't give me any relief. I'd recommend a full length insert, and preferably the kind that you can mold to your feet like the sole Softec ultras. Those works great for my feet. 2Not to badThe ship was fast and the shoe-pads are nice. I bought my shoes on line and it is a little bit bigger, so I put the shoe-pads in. The Shoe-pads fit the fit well, but it isn't can keep your feet from arch heat. Sometimes my left foot keeps arch problem while working with this shoe-pad. But it is not better to put the shoe-pad away. So it isn't work well. 3good for wide toed feetMy husband and I both have wide balls and toes, but regular heels. When we get new shoes (especially if we can't find a wide, but even if we can) we can take out the shoe's own insole and replace with a pair of these. And they last for years. I have a pair that were in my main pair of shoes for, oh, three years now, that are still going strong. 5
