Great unless you have callus under toes.Would be 5 stars because these are very comfortable (and not bulky). The one thing I don't like at all is that the toe part is extremely uncomfortable - almost to the point of pain. This thin lines are irritating to my callus-free right foot and cause an ache on my callused left foot.Another thing is that the card that comes with these are filled with too much acupressure info and nothing about how to use the two little pads that come with the insoles. I'm hoping to use them to pad the toe part of the insoles!!So, yes, these are 5-star insoles for people without calluses or tender areas under the toes. 4UncomfortableReally uncomfortable. I tried them on in my shoes a couple of times but could not wear them at all. I found that they hit me in all the wrong places and did not give me the metatarsal support that I was hoping for, only pain. They seemed way too firm and strangely designed. 1Not worth the moneyBuy the Dr. Scholl's gel insoles instead. These insoles don't do very much - they are thin and they are hard which hurts my feet more. I'm better off not using any. Being thinner you do not have to remove the original sole and that's a plus! 5Worked for metatarsalgia and neuromaI m female with narrow size 11+ and somewhat flat feet with metatarsalgia and a Morton s neuroma in my right foot. I bought the men s size and cut to 11. At first I wasn t sure since the padding hit the back portion of the ball of my foot. But somehow , even so, it pulls the pressure off of the painful parts. I ve been trying everything including many expensive orthotics and no one or thing has been this good. This seems to not only support my arch but also put pressure off the problem areas. I bought 4 more and hope the padding holds up. After using this, my feet did not cramp any more and they helped me to get a better exercise. 5Squishy but cramped toes in shoesComfortable insoles that feel good underfoot. Only issue I have is with the toe area. I have small feet and had to cut away more than the defined area to make them fit in my shoes. Then they caused my toes to be too cramped in the toe if my sneakers. Haven't noticed any improvement in metatarsalgia but that's because I can't wear the inserts long due to cramped toe area... Going to cut away more to see if this helps. 4
