CDP choline worked but caused terrible insomnia and anxietyI took prescribed benzodiazepines for years and suffered problems with my memory and cognition ever since, and recently I've tried a number of products hoping to regain some of what I lost. Nothing I've tried has worked as well as the combination of PQQ and CoQ10. Now,some other products that I've tried have worked occasionally or temporarily--piracetam and uridine monophosphate.
