Love itI am new to Probiotics world. I was happy with my first bottle. My dr recommended probiotics for my stomach issues. It seems to help to take the edge of it on my first bottle. Also I lost around 7 lbs in about 7-8 weeks. It was gradual and surprising for me. As I did try many forms of exercises and limit on my diets as well in the past. I also added grape seed extract to my supplements so weight loss could be due to either. Just wanted to mention.I like that is it one pill only too. 5Good stuffFor the price and quantity, this is great. Also, the fact that it doesn't need refrigeration keeps me at ease, as it'll maintain its effectiveness sitting on my counter where I can remember to take it. I do feel better taking these. I use them especially after fasting and cleansing to help replenish and repopulate my gut. 5It Works!Over the years I've tried many many probiotics. Even the expensive ones that come in the mail surrounded by dry ice.I concluded that the Probiotic Craze was a myth. They really didn't work. Just another way to get our money.Until I found this one. After antibiotics doc suggested probiotics - specifically Align. Align helped, but life is much better when Align is supplemented with this daily probiotic. Worked great, almost immediately! Now taking Align in the AM and Daily Probiotic in the PM with plans to continue doing so. Per discussion with doc, Daily Probiotic contains two strains that are thought to be effective against SIBO. 5Works wellI've been taking these for about three weeks and have been regular without stool softeners or daily prunes.
