Bad directions not able to useI am a retired physical therapist and have used many braces in my time...but I truly can t figure out how this item is applied from the directions given...a diagram might have help d, I am not sure...I will be returning this along with another I ordered...I could really use it but not able to.1Simple and great.This thing is so simple but it really worked. I have been getting back in the pool in my 30s and trying to increase my yardage but my tricep tendinitis I suffered from 11 years ago came back full force almost immediately. I ordered a size M. My arm measured 12 1/2 inches. It fits perfectly with room for adjustment either way. I wore it in the pool for my swim today. It gave me so much relief. It was incredible. It's a little awkard to get on yourself but not impossible and pretty comfortable as soon as you get it in the right place. My only wish is that is came in another color. I can see the white getting dirty with time. Black seems practical but I'd buy a bold and fun colored one in an instant.5Product defect? Measurments not correct?Item is way too small. I think the product is a defect. Followed measurement directions and directed me to an extra small. The measurement directions may be wrong, because I consider myself small-medium, but not extra small. The strap is way too short and arm size would have to be 3-4 inches in diameter too work. They even say order a size down when in doubt, as I was between extra small and small. Maybe this was a return and the strap was cut. Total length of product is 12", so no way for strap to go through loop and pull around to fit an above bicep measurement of 12" Strap would have to be 3x longer to work. See attached picture.1Not badVery hard to get on by yourself. Didn't help me at all bought it before MRI. Torn supraspinatus so probably why it didn't help. Measred arm at 13 ordered Medium and I believe I could have gotten away with a small.3Exactly what I neededI developed tricep tendonitis from overdoing push ups and pull ups using P90X. I purchased this to use during a rest period to let my arm heal itself. I wore this every day and limited the use of the arm, and in a few weeks I was back to normal. I resumed exercising without any problems, although I did wear it for awhile when doing anything with my arms.This can be a little tricky to get on if you're trying to "thread" it with one hand while not dropping it. Also, it has to be up high enough on the arm to get above the bicep or it quickly slips down your arm. I used it underneath long sleeve shirts that I wore to work and had to adjust it a few times a day.I found this to be exactly what I needed (after internet research and self diagnosing), and I would recommend it.4Helps Bicipital Tendonitis PainI hurt my shoulder working out, and found it to be bicipital tendinitis. Using the strap definitely helped a lot. For a while, it was difficult to lift my arm straight out in front of me. It was a painful experience in the front of my shoulder. Using the strap helped a lot. After a few months of taking it easy, it seems as though it is healing. I am able to use it again without any paid and am gently starting to work it out again.4LymphodemaThe strap worked for the most part. However, I have lymphodema also in the arm I purchased it for. I m not going to be able to use it unfortunately.5Great product. Inexpensive fix for bicipital tendonitisMy chiropractor recommended this for my shoulder. I have a small tear and bicipital tendonitis and there is no surgical fix. When I wear this strap all the time, it keeps my shoulder stable and reduces the pain.5Wish I saved my moneyI gave this two stars only because the shipping was extraordinarily fast. This does not stay up. That type of material that is made from just slides down.
