Good, but very sweet.I'm someone who loves white chocolate (the stuff made with cocoa butter) and ruby chocolate almost beat it out as my favorite. Its really amazing how it tastes like berries and chocolate, the flavor is subtle and rich and so is this bar. Though sometimes it can be a little too sweet. The candy bar itself is very flavorful, smooth and creamy with a lingering mouthfeel. It has a very nice snap and a soft bite which melts as you chew and fills your mouth. In spite of the extra sweetness, it doesn't taste cheap in anyway. The price... a little high, but then again, not many companies selling in the US market are selling ruby chocolate anything. If you haven't tried ruby chocolate I would suggest trying either this bar or a ruby kitkat (if you can get your hands on it, it's amazing).4Sinfully tangy ambrosia of a bar!This was an awesome buy at only about $3.70 a bar when dividing the cost by a dozen. The luscious and tangy notes in this exquisitely prepared quality chocolate are something your gonna want to taste on anything you can dip into it when melted. (Fruit,Strawberries, blueberries, cookies, bacon... etc)5It tastes nothing like chocolateMore like fruity white chocolate- which has no cocoa solids. If you want true chocolate flavor, this isn't it. If you just want to try something new, and chuck it off the list, it works. Won't reorder. and 3 5/6 of the 4 bars are likely to end up in the trash, as "not worth the calories".2Fun to try, not amazingGood quality, and it's worth it for the novelty. If you're expecting a life changing experience I'd put your money elsewhere. Tastes about like white chocolate with raspberry powder in it. Kind of tart, kind of fruity, mildly cjocolaty. My first order was lost and I received a refund. I was quite bummed. My second order arrived within the stated delivery time. I was very excited to try this new chocolate.I will say that it s tasty and creamy. I wouldn t say it s decadent or the best thing I ve ever tried. The chocolate has a slight fruity flavor which is nice and not overwhelming. It s not something that will be my must have or definite go to . It s something that I ll put out as an addition to other chocolates. Kind of like offering different types of cheese to guests. I can also see using it on cookies to add variety to dipped chocolate cookies. It is expensive, so again, it s not something I ll have around often.4An interesting experienceIts interesting. It tastes like white chocolate with red fruit mixed in. What kind of red fruit? Berry maybe. It's not exactly raspberry. Its... a natural red flavor. It's a little waxy. There is, like in white chocolate, no chocolate flavor. It's.. good. But I think that it's a novelty. Given the choice, I'd go for a dark chocolate. Glad I tried it.Shipping was stupid slow. 1 month4Ruby cacao barsI bought truffles as a gift for my daughter-in-law from another company and after she raved about them, I had to try this new chocolate for myself. It's just as described on online sites, somewhere between white and milk chocolate with a berry flavor. I was concerned that they might arrive melted but they were perfect. I stuck them in the frig just in case but didn't need to. I was also gifted a dark chocolate and crystalized ginger bar. Delicious and such a nice surprise. Very pleased!!!5
