Easy to swallowI like this product because it wasn t too large to swallow like some pills are and I have noticed a decrease in appetite since starting this pill which makes it a lot easier to stick to my diet. Havnt seen any effects on my hair or nails yetUPDATE : my skin is amazing i have fewer breakouts even when pmsing and when i do breakout they are much smaller, my friends have all started commenting.4Better than my old brandI bought another vegan brand of biotin, but I found it made my skin breakout so bad!
