We both have had positive results and one benefit for my husband has been a decrease in headaches and cramping. Last month we started taking CoQ10 along with d-ribose and l-carnitine. This morning I noticed that I feel "fit". That seems a strange thing for me to say, but I don't think it is a placebo effect. My body feels stronger and I attribute it to these supplements.For this product, Best Naturals D-Ribose Powder, the jar had a cracked lid but Amazon gave me a refund which I applied to a replacement jar of this product. It would have been nice if they included a scoop but I have a 1.5 teaspoon that I leave in the jar. There is a bit of clumping as the jar empties but it is not a problem as it breaks up easily. I was worried about how well it would dissolve. No problem. I mix the d-ribose and l-carnitine in the same water and it dissolves completely after stiring for 5 seconds or so. Tastes OK, too.4Great taste, best price.There is nothing to dislike. I use it along with some stevia as the sweetener in my protein and fruit drink I make every morning for breakfast.
