Picture it...... Santorini...Picture it...... Santorini in a cliffside resort you're seated comfortably in front of a huge picture window overlooking the Aegean Sea. Dark clouds blowing over the partially submerged Volcano below. It's going to rain! But you don't care at all because you are content to ride out the storm indoors from your comfortable perch noshing on all breakfast things Greek. Chunks of the farm fresh Feta, Kalamata olives, hand squeezed fruit juices and..... Attiki honey! This was literally served from a bucket. A lucite one. From the side it looked like golden amber. I loved dipping then drizzling the sweet gooeyness onto Feta or various breads. I grew up that day. I can never ever return to sugary water squeezed from a bear. I do support local farmers with purchases of verified local honey but having this for an occasional treat is like a trip to the Islands again. OPA! WARNING! Once you've had this honey you'll never ever go back to any other. It is worth the price for me.5Yum!This honey is so delicious!
