It s BIG!Very large pill organizer!! Tray is rather useless as the daily containers do not snap in and know out easily. On a recent vacation I loaded all the days and kept them in a zip-lock bag. Each day I put the day s pills & vitamins in my purse or pocket. The smooth shape was nice. Other than that, I m still looking for a smaller system. 3Not for arthritic handsWhen DH began having to take a number of meds in the evening it got confusing. He has a large pill dispenser that works very well for his morning meds but he could no longer keep up with the evening meds and was afraid he would make a mistake. He needed something that wouldn't take up much space but that had at least two compartments for each evening and would need to accommodate larger pills. This product seemed ideal and a bargain at 6 bucks.But with his arthritic hands he had difficulty handling the little pocket pods. The pod dimensions are about 2-1/2"L x 2"W x 3/4"D and surprisingly stable within the tray. The corners are rounded--perfect for carrying--but they are not easy for stiff fingers to grip, to open, or to hold steady while filling or dispensing. His initial remark was that it would be better if they were square. While he must exercise great care in filling and opening the pods, he is using this little dispenser quite successfully. In hindsight even though it costs more than twice as much I probably should have bought 7 Day 4 Compartment Pill Organizer DEEP One Inch. It's likely I didn't see it because it was not prime eligible.This dispenser really is a good idea! Load the little boxes and put them in your purse or pocket and you're off! But for someone who has difficulty using their hands, this is not recommended. 4Great organization, fits a lot!I spent WEEKS looking for an AM/PM pill organizer that would fit all of my vitamins and whatnot without squishing them together like I have been, and having to use something to pry them out. I finally decided on this one after reading reviews and looking at customer pictures. This organizer is awesome! I love the freedom to take a pod with me and since I travel 2 hours away on weekends, this is PERFECT! Not only that, but there is enough room for ALL of my pills to fit. I will be attaching pictures to show what supplements I use and list them. I am also uploading a picture of a normal sized pill keeper compared to this, since this is larger than most pill organizers. I'm glad I went with this product. 5Hello Organized Pills!I've tried several pill organizers which are nice but don't hold everything I take daily. I don't personally take a LOT of medications, but I do take several supplements/vitamins daily. All those capsules won't fit into a regular little pill organizer.These are nicely colored and nest well into the tray. They don't "lock" into place, so if the tray gets knocked over, the individual days will definitely fall out. However, because they don't lock in, they're very easy to pick up for the day. The inside cases are separated into two trays. This can be used for AM/PM medications or like me - to separate my supplements from my prescriptions.Overall I'm very pleased with this set. They hold more than I expected, are easy to open/close & travel well. A couple days I have just grabbed the day case and tossed into my purse to take my meds when I had a moment or a meal if I've been too busy in the morning. The snaps are secure and haven't opened in my purse which gets some pretty aggressive tossing/toting around. :)Would definitely recommend! 5Not Very Big But Works GreatUpdate 2016I ended up purchasing 2 more packs of these so I could have a few weeks all ready to go at a time and put them in a bag to grab one on the way out the door.The original ones I purchased are still going strong. I've had to take a marker to fix the writing on just two of them but that's with constant use from both my husband and I.So if you are looking for something sturdy I can certainly recommend these. After a few years worth of use they are still going strong, doing their job.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~If you take a large amount of vitamins/meds or take large pills I wouldn't recommend this. I can hold maybe a few fish oil pills an then a med or two. I give it to my fiance who takes much less then I do. He loves it! These packs are the only way I can get him to take his vitamins.I fill them up, he takes that days pills with him to work and grabs the next pack the next morning. Works great.The packets lock nice. You don't have to worry about them coming open as they lock well. The whole unit is small enough to leave sitting out with out taking up too much space. It's not bad looking either. The colors chosen are nice.So again if you take a lot of stuff or have big pills I wouldn't buy it. If you just have a few things to take and would like the convenience of grabbing one days pills I highly recommend this. 5If you aren't careful or coordinated, you're gonna drop some pillsThis is one of those products that seems like a great idea. And, it almost is. But, not quite.I love the tray. I love that each day has it's own container you can grab and take with you. I love that the container has a day and night side.What don't I love? That the day and night side share a cover. So, when you're like me and take a ridiculous amount of medicines, you are having to try to tip the day meds out, and hold the night meds in. It's doable, but it's awkward. If they'd make the lid to split down the middle, this would be perfect. But, as it is, you're going to wind up a chasing a runaway pill every now and then. It just didn't work as conveniently as I'd hoped. 3Great for those that take a large number of pillsWhen I opened up the package, I was a little surprised because each pill box was much bigger than I had expected. But it has worked out well since my doctor is still adjusting my dosages and sometimes I'm taking 3 pills of the same thing. It's also very nice to just be able to pick up the one box for a particular day and throw it in my purse. I've never had any issue with the AM pills getting mixed up with PM pills while the pill box is jumbling around during the day or in luggage if we're out of town for a few days.One negative: the bottom of the pill boxes aren't weighted, making it difficult when I lay them all out on Sunday afternoon and fill for the week. I have to keep a close eye on the pills to be sure they don't roll out and get mixed up. I've considered lining them up on the kitchen counter against the backsplash, and then placing my cutting board in front--using the backsplash and cutting board to keep the boxes in place while I fill them.If you were elderly or had dexterity issues, these pill boxes would be very difficult to fill at the beginning of each week. 4Wish the AM/PM had separate lids...The negative: I would like this better if the divided AM/PM parts had separate lids. The way it's made, you have to hold your hand over the PM pills to shake out the AM pills. Otherwise they all come out at once. Also, when you are filling them, you have to be careful not to open the lid too far back or the whole things tips over. I've learned to open the lid just enough to drop the pills into the dividers. Finally, they rest in the tray nicely, but are not secured, meaning that if you bobble the tray the little pill holders will fall right out. Not a problem if you don't try to carry the tray around, of course. The positive: They are a good size if you have a lot of pills or big gel-type pills, and the rounded edges make them really nice to carry in a pocket or purse--no edges and corners sticking out. They look nice in their little tray. The seals are good and the fasteners are easy to open and close. 3Loving this product .... so convenient .Apex Pocket Med Pack with 7 Day TrayLoving this product . My husband takes many meds and vitamins and this Pocket Med Pack holds them all. He can also take the day's supply with him . He loves it .It was a little difficult keeping the individual containers open in the beginning as I filled them up but I didn't want to flip them open too much , thinking repetition with time would compromise them and they might break in half. Got the hang of it though and would buy them again if needed . They are so convenient . 5I didn't want to normal large 7 day box in my purse so I love having these little guysI take a small amount of pills on a daily basis but since they are treating major illnesses it is important that I take them no matter what. I don't spend enough morning time at home to ever get in the habit of taking my meds, I'm too busy getting my 3 year old ready. I just plop that individual box in my purse the night before and I can take them during my break when I arrive at where I'm going. I didn't want to normal large 7 day box in my purse so I love having these little guys.I will say that they are bigger than I was expecting. I was hoping for something about half my palm size and they are probably about double than what I was expecting. I am short so I have small hands but they do take up maybe 95% of my palm space. If I could change anything, I personally would want them smaller but they fit my purpose so I'm happy with what I got. 5
