Consuner warning, product can expose you to lead.Amazon failed to disclose that this product has a consumer warning about exposure to lead. When I tried to return, it turns out this product is not eligible for returns. This is a health concern and cannot believe Amazon would even have this on their website. Anything for a buck I guess.1Best matcha teaThe powder had no lumps and was a beautiful bright green color. I did not have to sift. The expiration date was months into the future. The flavor was the best I have every tasted. I prepare it in the proper Japanese hot tea method and it frothed just as it was supposed to and that means it was very fresh. I also prepared it with cold water, mixed it with plain nonfat yoghurt, and sprinkled it on my scrambled eggs and cereal. There is no end to what you can't do with it and it is so good for you. The company provides radiation reports which are negative and pictures of their facility. Very quality product and company.5Not a trustworthy source.Product was not organic ceremonial grade as advertised. Very disappointed with the purchase, will not repeat. Recommend purchasing directly from the Aiya-America website, or a reliable source.1Better than Teavana Matcha and Many OthersI have tried a lot of matcha and I think this is one of the best ones in my price range. Most tend to be bitter or overly earthy/grassy. This is not. It is subtle, flora, and a hint of grass. I had tried this when Teavana was brutally killed by Starbucks and no longer sold matcha. I honestly love it more than the Teavana brand I used to buy. I highly recommend this especially if you have never tried matcha before just remember don't fully boil your water it should be at just about to boil for the best taste.5Best QualityWhat I liked: The quality of the match. It is clean tasting and slightly sweet tasting. By far the most flavorful, clean tasting matcha I've had.Cons: Although it may just be this one occurrence, I believe my order was missing a screw on lid for use after you pop the top. I had to transfer to an air tight container to keep fresh rather than keeping it in the can it comes in.4This produc arrives with a label stating its consumption could cause birth defects.I received this Aiya Macha tea with a warning label stating: "Consuming this product can expose you to lead, which is known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm." I spent $78.00 for this item, do not want to consume tea that exposes me to lead and Amazon indicates that this is not returnable. Advertising does not show any such label, so I was unaware of what I was getting. I am asking Amazon to re-consider returning or exchanging this item, as I have been a long term, consistent customer.1FALSE DESCRIPTION! NOT ORGANIC!!!Described and pictured as their organic, when received was disappointed with taste, checked package, saw it was NOT the organic. Do not order from this vendor! Bait & switch!1Not safe to consume!I ordered my product directly from the manufacturer, AIYA, to make sure I received the real thing and not a counterfeit product. Upon receiving it there is a sticker on the can that says: "WARNING: Consuming this product can expose you to lead which is know to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. " There was no such sticker on any of the pictures shown on Amazon and no mention whatsoever regarding the product containing lead. All my orders since then have had a long outdate and been the organic ceremonial Aiya that is part of my daily morning routine.5I really enjoy this one on ice w no sweetenerI drink Matcha everyday instead of coffee and was curious about this little jar of tea. Picked it up and I must say the quality is definitely top-notch! The color is a rich and vibrant Jade color and the aroma is fresh. I really enjoy this one on ice w no sweetener.5
