Good taste. Fragile cracker.I can't eat gluten or yeast so these little crackers have become my bread. They are VERY fragile so I wasn't too shocked when I found most of the crackers were broken, but I didn't like that they were VERY broken. That could be a 'shipper' problem. I do with they were a little sturdier cracker, at least like the standard saltine, but overall these are really good. I will start buying them thru my HEB again though. I'd rather not have a crumby mess at the bottom of my box. Hard to use with peanut butter or cheese when they are broken to bits. I did like the tiny price break I was getting thru mail order, but the store will be fine. Unless there is even a bigger price diff. Then I may just put them in a cereal bowl with peanut butter to eat. ; )4Delicious, but brokenThese are DELICIOUS! The real deal, like a CARR's water cracker with just a hint of salt. I could eat them all day, I would have given them five stars, but this is my second order and both times they were totally broken. (I tried to upload a picture, but Amazon mobile is worthless!) I'm still keeping them and, would order them again, to use them as gluten-free breadcrumbs. I'll just throw them into my food processor and pulse couple times. The onion flavor will be especially good for that. It's a pity that they came so smashed, because I could put them out as as regular crackers and my non-gluten-free friends would never know. :-)4Good product but partially unusable.Product itself is a great replacement for saltine crackers. But one of the packages I received this time had 1/2 of the crackers broken into small pieces. That 1/2 pack was completely unusable for my purposes (spreading sun butter or tuna salad).I have ordered this product several times and usually about 1/4 of each of the 3 boxes is broken into small pieces and unusable. I am completely gluten free, and really miss eating yummy crackers. These crackers very thin, and are rather plain on taste, but they have just the right amount of salt, and you can pair them with cheese or meats so nicely--YUM! I do eat them plain a lot though, because I love the crunch. They work well as a saltine replacement in recipes because they are a lot like saltine crackers. Try them in meatloaf! They do come broken into halves or thirds in shipping however (just FYI), but even at my local store they are also always broken somewhat, so it doesn't bother me.5
